Open Steam and sign in
Go to Help
Select Steam Support
Click Purchases
Choose the game you want to refund
Select I would like a refund
Choose your refund method
Fill out the refund request form
Submit the request
Wait for Steam to review and process the refund
Make sure the game was purchased within 14 days
Make sure you played the game for less than 2 hours
