Close Steam completely
Press Win + R
Type `steam://open/console`
Press Enter
Steam will open with the Console tab available
If needed, open Steam and click the Console tab in the top menu
On macOS, open Terminal and run `open steam://open/console`
On Linux, run `steam steam://open/console` or `xdg-open steam://open/console`
