Choose tissue paper colors that match the gift or occasion
Stack 1 to 3 sheets of tissue paper together
Hold the sheets by the center
Gently push the center into the gift bag
Let the edges fan out above the top of the bag
Adjust the tissue so it looks full and even
Place the gift inside the bag
Add more tissue paper if needed for a fuller look
Fold or fluff the top edges until the bag looks neat
