How To Recall A Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to Sent Items

Double-click the email you want to recall

In the Message tab, select Actions

Click Recall This Message

Choose Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message

Select Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient if needed

Click OK

Wait for the recall results notification

Use recall only if the recipient is in the same Microsoft 365 or Exchange organization

Use recall only if the recipient has not already opened the email
