Open a JPG-to-PDF converter app or website
Upload the JPG file
Select PDF as the output format
Adjust page size, orientation, or quality if needed
Click Convert or Create PDF
Download the PDF file
On Windows, open the JPG in Photos, choose Print, and select Microsoft Print to PDF
On Mac, open the JPG in Preview, choose File, then Export as PDF
On iPhone or iPad, open the JPG, tap Share, choose Print, zoom the preview, then save as PDF
On Android, open the JPG, tap Share or Print, and choose Save as PDF
