Select the text you want to clear
Go to the Home tab
Click Clear All Formatting in the Font group
Use Ctrl+Spacebar to remove character formatting
Use Ctrl+Q to remove paragraph formatting
Select all text with Ctrl+A, then clear formatting if you want the entire document
Paste as plain text using Keep Text Only if you are inserting new content
Use the Styles pane and apply Normal style if needed
