Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select an area
Open Paint, Word, or another app and paste with Ctrl + V
On Mac laptops, press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the full screen
On Mac laptops, press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected area
On Mac laptops, press Command + Shift + 5 to open screenshot options
On some laptops, use Fn + PrtScn if the PrtScn key requires Fn
