Join or start a Teams meeting
Click the Share icon in the meeting controls
Choose what you want to share:
Screen
Window
PowerPoint
Whiteboard
Select the screen or window you want to present
Turn on computer sound if needed
Click Share
To stop sharing, click Stop sharing in the meeting controls
