Gather 4 soul sand or 4 soul soil
Gather 3 wither skeleton skulls
Place 4 soul sand or soul soil in a T shape
Put 3 wither skeleton skulls on top of the three upper blocks
Make sure the area has enough space for the Wither to spawn
Step away after placing the final skull to trigger the spawn
