How To Cook Buckwheat?

Rinse the buckwheat under cold water

Use 1 part buckwheat to 2 parts water

Bring the water to a boil

Add a pinch of salt if desired

Stir in the buckwheat

Reduce the heat to low

Cover the pot

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

Remove from heat when the water is absorbed

Let it sit covered for 5 minutes

Fluff with a fork

Serve warm
