How To Cook Enoki Mushrooms?

Trim off the root base and separate the mushrooms

Rinse quickly under cold water and pat dry

Add to soups, hot pot, ramen, or stir-fries near the end of cooking

Sauté in a pan with oil, garlic, and soy sauce for 2 to 3 minutes

Steam for 2 to 4 minutes and season with salt or sauce

Grill or pan-sear briefly until tender

Use in omelets, dumplings, or noodle dishes

Cook until just tender and avoid overcooking

Serve immediately after cooking
