Trim excess fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Optional: sear the tenderloin in a hot skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side
Place sliced onions, garlic, or vegetables in the bottom of the crock pot
Add the pork tenderloin on top
Pour in 1/2 to 1 cup of broth, water, or sauce
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 4 hours or on high for 1 to 2 hours
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer
Remove when the internal temperature reaches 145°F
Let the pork rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing
Slice against the grain and serve
