Open ChatGPT
Sign in to your account
Go to the left sidebar
Find the chat you want to delete
Hover over the chat
Click the three-dot menu
Select Delete
Confirm the deletion
To delete all chats, open Settings
Go to Data Controls
Select Clear all chats
Confirm the action
To stop chats from being saved, turn off Chat History & Training in Settings
To delete your account data, go to Settings
Open Data Controls
Choose Delete account
