On PS5, go to Settings
Select Users and Accounts
Select Account
Select Payment and Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions
Select PlayStation Plus
Select Cancel Subscription
On PS4, go to Settings
Select Account Management
Select Account Information
Select PlayStation Subscriptions
Select PlayStation Plus
Select Turn Off Auto-Renew or Cancel Subscription
On a web browser, sign in to your PlayStation account
Go to Account settings
Open Subscriptions or Payment and Subscriptions
Select PlayStation Plus
Choose Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renew
If you only want to stop future charges, turn off auto-renew
If you want to end the service, cancel the subscription
Check that the subscription status shows inactive or canceled
Keep any confirmation email or receipt for your records
