Turn on your PS4 or the device you want to connect to
Make sure the PS4 controller is charged
Press and hold the PS button and Share button at the same time
Keep holding until the light bar starts flashing rapidly
Open Bluetooth settings on your device
Select the controller from the list of available devices
Confirm pairing if prompted
For a PS4 console, connect the controller with a USB cable and press the PS button
Wait for the light bar to stop flashing and stay lit
Disconnect the USB cable if using a PS4 console after pairing
