Power off the PS5 completely
Unplug the power cable and HDMI cable
Inspect the HDMI port for bent pins, dust, or debris
Clean the port gently with compressed air
Check the HDMI cable for damage
Test with a different HDMI cable
Test with a different TV or monitor
Try a different HDMI port on the TV or monitor
Reconnect the HDMI cable firmly
Restart the PS5 in Safe Mode
Change the PS5 video output settings
Set the resolution to 1080p or automatic
Disable 120Hz output if enabled
Reset the PS5 video output by holding the power button until the second beep
If the port is loose, damaged, or broken, replace the HDMI port
If you are not experienced with soldering, take the PS5 to a professional repair service
If the console is under warranty, contact Sony support or an authorized repair center
