Sign in to your PlayStation account on the official PlayStation website
Go to Account Settings or Account Management
Select Security
Choose Sign-In ID or Email Address
Enter your new email address
Save the changes
Open the verification email sent to your new address
Follow the verification link or instructions
Sign in again using the new email address if required
