Draw a small oval for the top stem base
Add a short stem on top
Draw a large round shape under the stem
Divide the pumpkin into curved sections with vertical curved lines
Round out the bottom of the pumpkin
Add a few more curved lines for depth
Draw a simple leaf near the stem if desired
Outline the pumpkin with darker lines
Erase extra sketch lines
Color the pumpkin orange and the stem green or brown
