Use the command `/give @p minecraft:barrier`
Enable cheats in your world if commands are not already allowed
In Creative mode, open the inventory and search for barrier blocks if available in your version
On Bedrock Edition, use `/give @p barrier`
On Java Edition, use `/give @p minecraft:barrier`
Use the command block or chat command with operator permissions
Barrier blocks cannot be obtained in Survival mode without commands or cheats
