Go to the Roblox website and sign in
Open the Create page or Creator Dashboard
Select your experience
Go to the Monetization section
Click Passes
Click Create a Pass
Upload an image for the pass
Enter a name for the pass
Click Create
Open the created pass
Set the price
Save the changes
Test the pass in your game
Publish or update your experience if needed
