Switch to Creative mode or use commands
Collect 12 End Portal Frame blocks
Collect 12 Eyes of Ender
Build a 5×5 square outline on the ground, leaving the center empty
Place 3 End Portal Frames on each side of the square
Make sure all 12 frames face inward toward the center
Insert 1 Eye of Ender into each frame
Fill all 12 frames with Eyes of Ender
Step into the activated End Portal to enter the End dimension
