How To Make Mango Lassi?

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup milk or water

1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or honey

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 cup ice cubes, optional

Add the mango, yogurt, milk or water, sugar or honey, and cardamom to a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Add ice cubes if desired and blend again

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed

Pour into glasses and serve chilled
