Add 3/4 cup warm water gradually and mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes
Divide the dough into small equal pieces
Roll each piece into a thin circle
Heat a dry skillet or pan over medium-high heat
Cook each tortilla for 30 to 60 seconds on the first side
Flip and cook the second side for 30 to 60 seconds
Flip once more if needed until light brown spots appear
Stack the tortillas and cover them with a clean towel
Serve warm or store in an airtight container
