Open the folder you want to move
Click the edit or manage option for that folder
Find the parent folder or location setting
Select the folder you want it to be placed under
Save the changes
If the site does not allow nested folders, use the folder order or rearrange option instead
If you mean display order, drag the folder above the other in the sorting list if available
