Open Instagram and tap your profile photo to create a story
Add content to your story (photo, video, or text)
Tap the link icon or the sticker icon (square smiley)
Select “Link” from the sticker options
Paste the URL you want to share
Tap “Done” or “Add” to place the link sticker on your story
Drag to position the sticker and pinch to resize if needed
Tap “Your Story” to post, or “Send To” to share via direct message
Confirm the story is posted successfully and test that the link opens from the story viewer
