Open Instagram and go to the Reel you want to save
Tap the share icon or three dots on the Reel
Select Save to camera roll, Download, or Save video if available
If no download option appears, use the Save icon to bookmark it in Instagram
If it is your own Reel, open your profile and go to Reels
Open your Reel and tap the three dots
Choose Save to camera roll or Download
If needed, check your phone’s Photos or Gallery app for the saved video
If the Reel is not yours and download is unavailable, use your device’s screen recording feature
Stop the screen recording after the Reel finishes
Trim the recording in your Photos or Gallery app if needed
