Back up important files and data
Save passwords, license keys, and account information
Close all open programs
Open Settings
Go to System or Update and Security
Select Recovery
Choose Reset this PC
Select Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts
Choose Cloud download or Local reinstall if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the computer to restart and complete the process
Set up the computer again after the reset finishes
