Open your world
Pause the game
Select Open to LAN
Turn Allow Cheats on
Select Start LAN World
For a new world
Click Singleplayer
Click Create New World
Click More World Options
Turn Allow Cheats on
Create the world
On a server
Make sure you have operator permissions
Use the /op command if needed
Enter cheats in chat with a slash command
