Press and hold the Adjust button until the time starts flashing
Use the Mode button to cycle to the time setting screen
Press the Start/Stop or Search button to change the flashing value
Press Mode to move through hour, minute, second, month, day, and year
Hold the button to scroll faster if needed
Set the correct AM/PM or 24-hour format if your model uses it
Press the Adjust button again to save and exit
If your model has a crown, pull it out, turn it to set the time, then push it back in
