Open Facebook and go to your Business Page
Click Settings or Page settings
Select Page info or Page details
Click Name
Enter the new Page name
Click Review Change or Save Changes
Submit the request if prompted
Wait for Facebook approval if required
Check your Page notifications for the status of the name change
