Look inside the left AirPod or under the lid for the model number

Go to Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Tap the info icon next to your AirPods Pro
View the model number and serial number
Check the charging case model number on the bottom of the case lid or inside the case
Compare the charging case model number with Apple’s case model list
Look at the design differences between AirPods Pro generations
Compare the stem shape, ear tip size, and case speaker/light features
Use the original box or receipt if available
Search the serial number on Apple’s coverage check page
Check the firmware and features supported by your AirPods Pro
Use the Find My app to identify the connected AirPods Pro name and device details
