Open the PDF in a PDF reader or browser
Select the text you want to copy
Right-click and choose Copy, or press Ctrl+C on Windows or Cmd+C on Mac
Open the destination document or app
Paste the text with Ctrl+V on Windows or Cmd+V on Mac
If the PDF is scanned or image-based, use OCR to convert it to selectable text first
If copying is blocked, try another PDF viewer or use the document’s export or accessibility options
