Put both earbuds in the charging case
Keep the case lid open
Make sure the earbuds are charging
Press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds for about 10 to 15 seconds
Wait until the indicator lights flash or turn off
Close the case lid
Remove the earbuds from the case
Re-pair the earbuds with your device
