Open Instagram and find the video you want to download
Tap the three-dot menu (or share icon) on the post
Select “Copy link”
Open a reputable Instagram video downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader field
Choose the download option (often “Download” or “MP4”)
Download and save the video to your device
If downloading from a website, allow file download permissions if prompted
