Search for the official PaperMC website
Download the latest Paper server jar for your Minecraft version
Make sure you have Java installed
Create a new folder for your server files
Put the Paper jar file into that folder
Open a terminal or command prompt in that folder
Run the server jar with Java
Accept the EULA by editing the eula.txt file to true
Run the server again
Join the server using your Minecraft client
