Open the Zoom meeting link in your browser
Click the browser prompt to open the link
Cancel or close the app launch prompt if it appears
Look for and click Join from Your Browser on the Zoom page
If you do not see it, wait a few seconds for the page to load fully
Sign in if required
Enter your name and meeting password if prompted
Use a supported browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari
If needed, copy the meeting link and paste it directly into the browser
On mobile, open the link in the browser instead of the Zoom app
If the app keeps opening automatically, disable automatic app opening in your browser settings
If the browser option is missing, ask the meeting host to enable browser access
