Sign in to your Zoom web portal account
Go to Account Management
Click Billing
Open the Current Plans tab
Find the subscription you want to cancel
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a confirmation email
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel it through that platform instead
If you were billed by Zoom sales or through an invoice, contact Zoom Billing or your account representative
