Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Go to Settings
Under In Meeting, enable Breakout room
Open the Zoom desktop app
Start or schedule a meeting
Click Breakout Rooms in the meeting toolbar
Choose the number of rooms you want
Assign participants automatically or manually
Click Create Rooms
Open all rooms when ready
Close the rooms when finished
