Open Zoom and join or start a meeting
Click the arrow next to the camera icon
Select Video Settings
Go to the Video tab
Turn off HD if needed
Disable any auto-framing, face tracking, or follow-me features in your camera software
Check your webcam app settings for tracking, pan, tilt, or zoom controls
If using a virtual camera, open its settings and disable tracking
Update Zoom to the latest version
Update your camera driver and webcam software
Restart Zoom after changing the settings
If the issue continues, try a different camera or disable third-party camera effects
