Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Go to Settings
Click the Meeting tab
Enable Breakout room
Start or schedule a Zoom meeting
Click Breakout Rooms in the meeting controls
Choose the number of rooms
Select how to assign participants
Click Create Rooms
Open all rooms when ready
Use Options to set breakout room preferences if needed
Close the rooms when finished
