Sign in to your Zoom account
Go to the Zoom web portal
Click Recordings
Select Cloud Recordings or Local Recordings
Find the recording you want to download
Click More next to the recording
Click Download
If prompted, choose the files you want to download
Save the file to your device
If the recording is shared with you, open the shared recording link
Click Download on the recording page
Enter the passcode if required
Save the recording file to your device
