Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Click Recordings in the left menu
Select Cloud Recordings to view recordings saved in Zoom cloud
Select Local Recordings to view recordings saved on your device
Use the date range, meeting ID, or topic filters to find a recording
Open the recording to view, share, or download it
Check the Zoom desktop app if you recorded locally
Search your computer for the default Zoom recordings folder
Check the Documents folder for a Zoom subfolder
Verify you are signed in to the correct Zoom account
If you are a host or admin, check account permissions for recording access
