Open Zoom and sign in
Click your profile picture
Select Settings
Click Background & Effects
Choose a virtual background
Click the plus icon to upload your own image or video
Select the background you want to use
Close the settings window
During a meeting, click the arrow next to Stop Video
Select Choose Virtual Background
Pick a background from the list
To remove the background, select None
