Remove bacon and drain on paper towels for 1–2 minutes

Heat a skillet over medium heat
Place bacon in a cold skillet in a single layer
Cook 6–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and crisp
Transfer to paper towels to drain
Serve immediately
