Open the Zoom app or go to the Zoom website
Sign in to your Zoom account
Click New Meeting or Start a Meeting
Choose whether to use video or not
Join the meeting audio if prompted
Invite participants by clicking Participants or Invite
Share the meeting link, ID, and passcode if needed
Start speaking and begin the meeting
