Open the Find My app on your iPhone
Tap the Me tab
Turn off Share My Location
Go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Find My
Tap Find My iPhone
Turn off Find My iPhone if needed
Turn off Share My Location in Family Sharing if applicable
Enable Airplane Mode to stop location updates temporarily
Turn off Location Services in Settings if you want to stop all location sharing
Restart location sharing when you want to resume updates
