Check the app’s chat archive or hidden chats section
Log out and log back into your Polybuzz account
Reinstall the app and sign in again
Restore from any available cloud backup if you enabled one
Check whether the chat is still available on another device
Contact Polybuzz support and request account chat recovery
Provide your username, email, and the approximate deletion time
Ask support whether deleted chats can be restored from server backups
If no backup exists, the deleted chat may not be recoverable
