Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart if it appears
If Restart does not appear, tap Power off
Wait until the tablet turns off
Press and hold the Power button again to turn it back on
If the tablet is frozen, press and hold Power and Volume Down together for 10 to 20 seconds
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears
Wait for the tablet to restart completely
