Touch and hold the item until the context menu appears
If using a trackpad or mouse, click the secondary button
On a Magic Mouse, tap or click the right side if secondary click is enabled
On an external mouse, use the right-click button
In Settings, go to General, then Trackpad & Mouse, then enable Secondary Click if needed
