Open the Spotify app or go to the Spotify website
Make sure you are logged into your account
Look for the Wrapped banner, card, or notification on the home screen
Search for “Wrapped” in Spotify
Tap or click the Wrapped story or playlist when it appears
Update the Spotify app if Wrapped is not showing
Check your email for a Spotify Wrapped link
Visit Spotify’s Wrapped page when it is available
Make sure your account has enough listening history for Wrapped to generate
